You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the goods.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition, with all the accessories and the original packaging, otherwise the goods will be depreciated. In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of customised products will not be accepted.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns of items that have clear signs of having been used / tested will not be accepted and will not be refunded. 

If there is any gift per purchase in the order, it must be returned in order to accept the withdrawal.

If the order includes a gift box, this cannot be returned, only the products included in the box can be returned.

Once the goods have been received and after checking the condition of the same, the corresponding amount will be paid by the means of payment used in the order.

Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

In the event that a product is returned, the price of the product at the time of purchase will be refunded. When a promotion is applied to the order, the product will be refunded discounting the proportional part of the promotion.

Within approximately one week, you will receive the refund in the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

- The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised.

- The supply of goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

- The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
